Investment Avenues:

In India we are working under an Industry Academia Collaboration with India’s Premier Institute I.e. Indian Institute of Technology - Kanpur. So far we have developed Multiple Payload UAVS, Quadcopters, Multi-Copters, Drone and working rigorously on VTOL Multi Seater Air Taxi. Presently we have unmanned aerial vehicles ranging from 2kg, 5kg, 6kg, 13kg, 25kg to 75kg and 2 seater VTOL Air Taxi Scaled down model is also ready. The Scale Up version development is underway.
At the same time simultaneously extensive Scientific Research activities are underway for other technologies such as LIDAR Technology, In-house Autopilot Systems, In-house GCS & Mission Planners, Data and Video Telemetry Solutions, EO & IR Paylaod development and few other technologies as well. We are well connected through our Research Facilities at Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Hyderabad, and Manufacturing cum Research Facility at Navi Mumbai. We have over 40 plus Senior Engineers, Scholars and Ph.D.'s working with us along with Senior Scientists from the leading Research Organizations in India. We have already showcased our ready Aircrafts and Technologies at various Defence Expo all over India.
As these technologies driven Research Activities require huge investments, we are open to investment proposals through Venture Capital, Private Investments etc. So to take this discussion ahead we would like to know more about you and at a future stage have a mutual deliberation on the possibilities of investment driven associations.

Investment Options:

VTOL AVIATION INDIA PVT. LTD. is open to Investment Proposals. Investments can be made in our on-going 'Projects and Ventures'. Modes of Investments would be in the form of VENTURE CAPITAL & STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS.
Present Equity Options is retained by the Promoters and Owners of VTOL AVIATION INDIA. In The coming days as per the future developments, the company may plan for IPO depending upon the projected developments.
Presently there are no limits set for Private Investments in VTOL AVIAITON INDIA, and is subject to discussion on the extent and type of Investment and Strategic Collaboration arrangements. We do encourage Foreign Investment as well for our present and future endeavours.
